There are stresses and pressures in this life that can be downright overwhelming. The notion that there may be too much gold and not enough bad guys is just plain wrong. There are plenty of bad guys. And they come in all shapes and sizes.
But lo, on the horizon rides a solution.
I’m going to stop now, because the notion of what I’m about to describe actually riding a horse is beyond ludicrous. I suppose a horse could ride one of them, but more likely he would drag it.
I think spending some time in a sensory deprivation tank would be good for everyone. Now some folks have their issues with small, dark spaces, so ok, maybe this ain’t for you. But this experience of being weightless (salt in the warm water keeps you floating) and senseless (no light, no noise other than your own splashing. Now stop splashing) may get that hamster on the wheel in your head to just slow the fuck down for a second.
You know in westerns or romance movies, where the protagonist absolutely sinks into a bath after a harrowing experience? Well what I’m describing is that times 10.
And it isn’t like you need to go to some far off destination, either. About one in every five spa places has one of these.
So like I said, there a few people who might not catch what I’m throwing, but you should really check this out with an open mind.
PS: Couple this with a nice dinner and you’ve got a sweet date for that stressed out significant other.
