The light at this angle

I had to don my research glasses for this one. See, my idea is for a cordless lamp. I wandered over to a search engine and typed just that: cordless lamp. The options laid out before me were plentiful and yet none of them, not a one, met my highly specific needs. I was not looking for an outdoor lamp, a lantern, or a tap light. I was not looking for a reading light, nor a wireless lamp to install upon a piece of fine art. These were all there in descending order.

What I wanted was a regular desk lamp, but one I could take and use in the many places that serve as my desk. The kitchen counter, my bed, the couch, the top of the refrigerator (I am tall, the fridge is not), the bathroom counter. I move around. And I don't want to be bothering with a cord either. I just want a lamp I can shine down on my bills or on my laptop, wherever I choose to perform the various tasks that require bills or a laptop.

Ideally, this device would be outfitted with some sort of removable cord so that I could charge the thing, as opposed to having to replace batteries. Hell, give it a solar panel and I promise I won't use anymore electricity.
