Job brokers

There are way too many job listing sites out there. I mean, every industry has one. And every city or region has one. And my god, if you're looking for a job, surfing 842 websites really doesn't feel productive. I mean, if you find a bunch that you want to apply for, that's one thing. But the reality is you won't. And you'll just be left feeling frustrated. And unemployed.

Is anyone familiar with AIS? They're an insurance brokerage service. You give them all the info and they send you back your best options. How hard would it be to come up with a service like this for jobs? Just plug in some key words, salaray ranges, locations, etc. and the job brokerage website will kick back a bunch of results from different places.

It benefits everyone, especially the job seeker and employer. The middle-man (the job sites) would benefit as well if they're getting the best jobs, which they could only do if the jobs are getting filled, which would be easier with this service.

Boom.
