Science Bar

I want to open a bar. One with high ceilings and double mirrors on the along the top. And rooms behind the windows. But this isn't intended to be anythingtoo voyeuristic. The windows are going to be for science. We could even have this bar at a university, though I don't know if you can legally drink on a campus...anyway.

Sociology classes, and even high school classes who should probably be getting some real alcohol education, will be able to post up in the windows and watch the comings and goings. I think people might respond to the novelty of it. I mean, I'd be down to go hang out a place where I was going to be part of a study, so long as my anonymity was protected.

Let me touch on the high school thing for a second, since it was the genesis for this whole idea. I think kids need to get better education when it comes to drinking. Not scare tactics. And not preachy after-school specials. I think they need to see people do it right, wrong, and everywhere in between. What better place than a bar can you see it all go down?
