I guess this is the next step after "friendship counseling" which was an idea on this site which I am too lazy to go look for and link to. I am very sorry. But I am also very lazy. But say the counseling doesn't work out, then what do you do? You bring in the social or friendship lawyer.
This is a person that arbitrate disputes between friends. I would leave financial matters (borrowed money, etc) to the real lawyers but these folks could handle anything else; missed communications, too much/ not enough time spent with one person.
Oh, and I have to give full credit to Greg for this one. It was pretty much all his idea (though I was, as usual, his muse) and I'm just explaining it.
