Fundraising

I think everyone should have the chance to try and solve a crime. Maybe the police departments could do this as a fundraiser? If they crafted a cool story with a few twists and turns then it could be reused for whoever wanted to pay for it. You'd get to drive around town, talk to people, examine evidence, etc.

And it might not be super boring for the cops because everyone would have a different experience. People might not even solve it, you know?
