Wash One Shirt

I needed to wash one shirt the other day and didn't have time to get to the dry cleaners. So how come there isn't a portable machine that will allow me to wash one shirt, or one outfit. I don't know what it would like....Maybe it would just kind of scan over the shirt. Or maybe it would be bucket sized and had some agitator device. I think this would be extra handy if you were camping and/ or traveling with kids.

You could also use it at home to save energy/ water/ money.
