Office Backpacking

Not my best, but stay with me.

What if we all wore backpacks to and from work? And filled them with the things we leave in our cars or only sometimes need? And then also added some new stuff. For example, you could throw an extra layer of clothes in there, purse items for the ladies, an extra pair of glasses, a book, camping style dishes (so you don't have to use disposable stuff at work), cell phone charger, a tiny first aid kit type thing.

I know girls have purses, but this would increase the capacity and get us all in better ergonomic shape. Purses can't be good for shoulders and such.

This is a culture change, so it's kind of a big one.

Actually the hidden real idea in all of this is to bring washable camping style dishes to work. Seems silly we all can't bring a plastic spork, a tin plate, and a tin cup to work. Think of all the trees we'd save!

But yeah, the backpack idea is also kind of neat. Maybe you don't have a ton of stuff but this way you've got the ability to carry more stuff if you so choose.
