How come we don't dress the way we did when we were kids? I'd like to see a rennaisance for that sort of fantastical whimsy we used to apply to getting dressed.

Princess outfit? Go for it.

Oversized business suit and a briefcase full of comic books for work? Do it.

That's really the basic idea. Just wear whatever you want, regardless of whether it matches or is appropriate. When you were a kid, did you care what you wore? Exactly.
