High Concept Ice Cream

You know how classing things up can be fun? You also know how classing things up sometimes looks exactly at losing your mind and having no sense of what "good" might mean? Right me too.

Tikka Masala Ice Cream

That's all I really had to say. But you could also do ice creams in all sorts of wrong but oh so right flavours. Cause Tikka Masala is essentially just the sweet spices and some curry. It would be like a casual introduction to effed up ice cream flavours.

My thinking is really that you should start of something that you know works. For instance you should know that the thing you are making gets along well with creaminess. And that it has the propensity for being sweet. If it doesn't meet these two, throw it out. But those are about it.
