Super simple. Some things require multiple scopes of things. Like coffee. Say you wanna make 5 cups or 10 cups. What is that? 5 or 10 tablespoons. Spooning that is inefficient. Instead, figure out the conversion and use the best suited measuring apparatus. (5 cups of coffee (at 1T a cup is about .33 cups or 1/3 btw). I'm sure there are other applications as well, but this is the one I use.
But yeah. If there is any easy way to cup the scooping..go for it. The one-box at google is a great way to get such results. Check it.
