It's a digital camera with a printer attached to it. This is so possible. And I would think you could get everything so streamlined and small that your device wouldn't be all that big and clunky.
Basically you get three options with the photo that comes up: print, save, or delete.
Why is this even necessary? I really have no idea. Except I could see this being fun at parties. Or work functions. If you could get it to work faster than a polaroid, that would be really cool.

Especially now that Polaroid isn't making film anymore...
I feel like I've seen cameras that spit out little stickers similar to those Japanese photobooths... Does that count?
