Shock gloves

I watch too much TV. And sadly, probably read too many comic books as a youth. And those things have led me to today's idea: shock gloves.

This would basically be tasers you wear on your hands. I'm thinking these would pretty much only have a law enforcement application. The thought being, you grab someone and they start to struggle and rather than have to tackle them, you shock them. Simple and quick. The glove would need to be made of a material that buffered you AND be nimble enough so you could grab stuff (like people). And there's a benefit because you wouldn't actually need to pull out or aim a taser. You just touch something. You'd be like a damn superhero.
