How come regular business and administrative folks can't be traded like pro athletes? I think it would be kind of neat.

A lot of the same rules apply. You'd have to keep a close eye on salaries, age, skills, disposition...that sort of thing.

I realize for this to work we'd all have to be hired on a contract basis which is guaranteed money, but it also means we can't just quit either.

Look, obviously there's a lot to work out including scouting, evaluation, etc. But I still think it would be cool.

And I still think we should do it.
